Learn something new!

From time to time there has been interest among guild members to explore various ideas in quilting.  The Education Committee is continually working to see what new interests are out there.  Below is a list of the new groups that are in the process of forming.  Details of the group's focus and meeting times will be added as they become available.

The Mona Lisas meet on the second Tuesday of each month. The next meeting will be January 14 after Show and Tell at the morning Gathering; come for a stay and play. Bring felting, colored pencils, paint, and/or whatever strikes you fancy. Our theme for the art quilt project for the Quilt Show is "20/20 Vision". We will also discuss possible monthly demos. Consider what you would like to teach, so we can implement new techniques in our projects. If you have any questions, please email the guild email ("Contact Us" on the website).

Creative Stitchers (formerly the Wool Applique' group) will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month after announcements and Show and Tell at the Tuesday morning Gathering.

Modern Quilts and EQ meet on an irregular basis.  If you have any questions, please contact Carol (Go to "About Us", then "Contact Us")"

Machine Embroidery is an open meeting to discuss embroidery problems and offer hints and suggestions (no need to bring your machine: laptops are optional).  The group meets after the Tuesday morning Gathering on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
