January's chilly weather invites us to settle in and accomplish great new (and old) quilts at our annual winter SOYO (sew-on-your-own) Retreat. It is always fun to see what all of us are up to. Gather your pins, rulers, scissors, fabric and machine and join us for a fun-filled four days. With such fun last year at the Hilton Garden Inn, we came back for more.
Doors will open on Monday, January 18 at 8:00 a.m. Doors will be open at 7:00 a.m., Tuesday - Thursday. The room will be closed at 11:00 p.m. Monday - Wednesday and the SOYO will end at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cutting stations and irons/ironing boards will be provided. Bring your own extension cord or power strip, rulers, and rotary cutters. Be careful how much you bring; space is limited. Some areas in the room may be chilly, so wear layers.

You may register online with the link below or open the form for printing and mail in your check. Forms will also be available at the Gatherings and Meetings. If you want to specify who you will sit by, list their names (up to 3) on the form or talk to the SOYO Chair.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund of registration fee for cancellations through December 15. For cancellations after December 15, there will be no refunds unless the spot is filled. Refunds will be processed after the SOYO. Meals cancelled after December 23 cannot be refunded.
Meals
Lunch is available on Tuesday and Wednesday for $15.00 per day and must be pre-ordered. Check the box on the form when you register if you want to purchase lunch. Meals must be ordered prior to December 23. No food is allowed in the SOYO room. You may bring a lunch from home and eat in the lobby area. No outside restaurant food may be brought in. Coffee, tea, water, and snacks will be provided in the SOYO room each day.
Breakfast and dinner may be purchased from The Garden Grill & Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn daily; breakfast from 6:00-10:00 a.m. and dinner is available from 5:00-9:00 p.m.
